Practical Life is a major element in any Montessori classroom.
For infants, Practical Life is fairly basic and involves mainly allowing them
to participate in caring for themselves as well as eating independently. Around
15 months, toddlers love to spend time with their hands in water and several
activities are provided to allow them to do so.
